Choker opens up via the O-Ring. These are not adjustable however I am open to custom sizing, please add your neck circumference to the order. If no custom neck measurement is given I will send the size pictured which will fit most sizes but depending on the neck size the O-Ring will fall differently with some higher and some lower.
