Making and delivery times
I try to get orders made and dispatched as quickly as possible, but please be aware that all products are made to order, which can take some time. Making times can be as quick as a day or two, but usually will take between 2-6 weeks. Feel free to contact me for up-to-date information (broke_boutique@outlook.com). If you'd like your order made before the timeline, or on a specific date, then please get in touch to check if I can make that possible. I may be able to offer a rush service which will incur an additional charge.
Shipping
All items will be posted by Royal Mail. Next-day delivery services are available by selecting Special Delivery at the checkout. Please be aware that this means one day after I finish your order - making times still apply.
Returns and refunds
Every item is made to order, sizing needs to be correct the first time. Check the size guide for reference or contact me via email if you're unsure.
Exchanges for unworn, standard sized, garments may be accepted at my discretion. Please be aware that this may incure a 25% remaking fee for this service, if I am not at fault. Size exchanges must be made within 28 days of purchase.
I do not accept returns, or exchange worn items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Made-to-measure items are not eligible for size exchange, but I'm happy to work with you to adjust the fit.
Broke Boutique accepts no responsibility for incorrect fitting of garments when measurements are supplied by the customer. If you are unsure of sizing please contact via email and I will help to determine the correct size.
If an exchange is accepted, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the package is returned from a country which may incure customs charges, the customer MUST mark the package as a return, as they will be liable for any fees. The customer must get proof of postage when returning items as the package is their responsibility until it reaches us.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of payments. Cancellations made after 24 hours are accepted if I have not started making your order, you will be refunded minus £10 administration fee.
Cancelled orders which have been paid for via Paypal will be refunded in full minus the Paypal transaction fee as Paypal no longer refund us for this.
