Sizing & Fit: We’ve abolished confusing regional size systems — our fitting guide is based on your body measurements, making it easier to find your perfect fit. All online items are made to order using our standard sizing, but we can also tailor pieces to your measurements on request.

Materials: We work exclusively with 100% natural latex — vegan and sustainable. Every piece is handcrafted. 

Care Instructions: Clean with warm water and mild detergent. Hang to dry naturally. With proper care, your latex will remain as stunning as the first wear. Use silicone based products for shining. Returns & Exchanges:As all items are made to order, full refunds are not accepted. However, if your order is a standard size (not made-to-measure), size exchanges are possible. 

Defective Goods: If the custom product is faulty or doesn't meet the promised quality, the customer is entitled to a replacementRepairs: Latex is fragile, and accidents happen. Free repairs are possible, please email me to discuss first.
