Within the EU, you can opt for a budget delivery without a tracking number or for a faster, tracked one. The delivery outside the EU always includes a valid tracking number. I provide the customs declaration for your package but I am not responsible for any import fees or taxes you might be charged by your local customs office.I dispatch with Deutsche Post / DHL. Returns and refunds:As all my items are made to measure I cannot provide a regular return&refund service. I am though always ready to remake or adjust any items that you are not satisfied with.
