Limit Latex
Making & delivery time
Each limit latex item is handmade to order. We try to dispatch everything as quickly as possible. See current making time for webshop orders and bespoke latex pieces at the top of the website.
Rush order
If you want to have your latex items before a specific date and you want your order to be prioritized the order queue, a rush fee will apply. Please make sure to include a 'Rush order' item from Limit Latex to your shopping cart before finishing the order so we know which order the rush fee is paid for.
Shipping
Your latex will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper (after putting it in the ziplock bag ;) and packaged discretely for posting.
We are located in the Netherlands and we ship with DHL. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Please note that the times taken are production times, shipping is not included. If your order is held up at customs we are not liable for any delays.
Once a package has been sent it is no longer our responsibility if the buyer was not home to receive the package and it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they retrieve their package from their local Post office. If a package is sent back to our shop it is the buyers responsibility to pay the shipping again to resend.
Taxes & duties
All shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will apply once the shipment reaches your designated country. You will need to take responsibility for any taxes and duties that may apply. Please contact your relevant authority for more information on the rates.
Returns & refunds
Returns/refunds are not accepted, as every order is made to measure. But if you are having problems with your order, please message us using the contact form or send an email to info@limitlatex.com , and we'd be happy to work something out for you!
