Completion of orders is chronological. Once you have made your purchase, a production slot will be allocated to your order. Production slots have a duration of ten weeks and are allocated on a first come first serve basis using the next available calender slot.  Due to the high quality of our craftsmanship and the very intensive nature of our work,  we ask that all customers exercise patience in order that we can provide the perfection we always strive to achieve. Times can vary especially at those special times of the year like Christmas.  As a small business, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to pay any customs, duties, and taxes levied by the buyer’s country.Once your order has left my workroom it’s out of my hands but delays can happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within the timescale then stay cool and drop me a message through my contact form and I’ll resolve it with you. VAT / TaxesWe are part of the EU, so there are no taxes to pay on your purchase if you are located within the EU.If you are located outside the EU you may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee in the receiving country.
