-sterling silver does NOT like chlorine. Do NOT wear in spas, jacuzzis and pools
-clean with mild dish soap, hot water and an old tootbrush. Pat dry.
-store in the pouch it came in

As a handmade marketplace, each of our designers have their own production schedule, so processing times can vary from item to item.
You'll find the estimated production time on each product page. If you need an item by a specific date, you can also filter products by processing time while browsing. Alternatively, use the "Message The Designer" button on the product page to contact the designer directly. In some cases, they may be able to complete your order sooner than the estimated timeframe.

Generally, due to the handmade-to-order nature of the products, returns are not accepted. However, please do check the designer’s specific return policy in their bio.
