Mini black button fascinator with spotty sequin veil and bow

This flirty, sexy hat comprises a handmade black felt base with shoulder-length tulle veil, topped with a large satin ribbon bow with long trailing ends. The veil is covered with a sprinkling of large paillette sequins. The hat base is finished with black velvet binding and a red satin lining. The hat base is 16cm across, and 3cm high. The bow is approx 5cm high, and the veil hangs down approx 30cm.
