Dispatch time:
All items are handmade by me and therefore require different production and adjustment times.
The following basics are dispatched within 4 working days:
-chokers
-rings
-earrings
-wristbands
Any other items (e.x. bags, bras, harnesses, headpieces) are dispatched within two weeks. If there are any delays in producing your pieces, I will always let you know ❤️
Delivery and custom fees:
All items are dispatched from Berlin, Germany. Within the EU, you can opt for a budget delivery without a tracking number or for a faster, tracked one.
The delivery outside the EU always includes a valid tracking number. I provide the customs declaration for your package but I am not responsible for any import fees or taxes you might be charged by your local customs office.
I dispatch with Deutsche Post / DHL.
Returns and refunds:
As all my items are made to measure I cannot provide a regular return&refund service. I am though always ready to remake or adjust any items that you are not satisfied with. Furthermore, I offer a free lifetime guarantee for all my designs, so I will always repair any damaged items you send me.

I have always had a peculiar fascination with PVC (vinyl) items. Their property to transmit light, to adjust to your body temperature, to crease and bend without losing its original shape... The smoothness, the jelly-like texture, the vibrancy of colours...
