I have no product in stock to avoid unnecessary production. I make all items after purchase. Production times are indicated on each product.

Return.

I accept returns for exchange against return of new and unworn purchase.
You must contact me within 7 days of purchase to notify me of the problem.
After this delet you have 15 days to return the purchase to me.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The costs of sending the new product are at my expense.

Send

All purchases are sent in nice packaging with tracking.
Customs taxes or other taxes are your responsibility.
I am not responsible for the loss or damage of the package by the delivery company.
The delivery delets are indicative, I have no control over the time management of the delivery company.

If the product is returned to me because the recipient has not paid the customs fees, I will not refund the product. I am not responsible for the buyer's failure to pay customs fees. However, I could resend the item to you if you wish, but the new shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Refunds
Refunds I do not accept refunds because all items are made to order for the customer. However, if the item has a manufacturing defect, I will remake a new item and send it at my expense. In this case, you must send me a photo of the manufacturing defect as proof.

Nonos lingerie is a French lingerie and corseterie brand of luxury, chic, rock and gender fluid.

Who are we ?

Facing the fields and the champagne vines, Nonos lingerie is a small sewing workshop where I create and manufacture all the creations visible under the Nonos lingerie label.

After working for several French haute couture houses, Virginie Rouffignac created her lingerie brand. His inspirations are the 30s, 70s and 80s. Years marked by the liberation of the body. Fetishism is also part of the brand's identity. Out of respect for the environment and to avoid overproduction, all lingerie, corset and accessories are made to order. the production is made in France, in champagne in the workshop of the designer.
