We hand make all of our items, and unfortunately any that are made to specification are non-refundable. We can refund stock items provided they are unused.

We know you may treat our toys quite roughly, so in the impressive event one of them breaks, we want to hear from you and we'd love to work with you to give it it's next role in life.

For orders outside of the UK, you would need to be responsible for any import duties and/or tax.
