Return & Exchange policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from VoyeurX. If you are unhappy or would like to return or exchange an item, please register and send your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Do you opt for shop credit instead of a refund? Then the return costs are free!

PLEASE NOTE: VoyeurX can accept or reject items returned outside the period. All items must be returned in original condition, with all accessories and price tags attached.

Wrong or damaged item

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us by email within two working days of receiving your order, indicating the solution you would like to exchange it for. We will send you a replacement as soon as we receive your returned item(s).

Additional information

VoyeurX will not accept returned items that were damaged, worn, or have labels removed at the moment of return.
When you receive an order and notice that an item's supposedly attached label is missing, you must inform us the same day if you wish to exchange or return the item.
We strongly advise checking your order immediately upon receipt before removing any labels and tags.
Intimate products such as nipple patches cannot be returned for obvious hygiene reasons. We kindly ask you to try on your VoyeurX purchases (thongs, briefs, etc.) over your regular underwear.
We do not accept liability for returned items. Please pack and seal your return item (s) in the original box.
We recommend that you send the returned item (s) insured and keep proof of shipment secured.
