Return and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item EXCEPT for made-to-order items.  Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned items.  Items must be returned in their original state.  Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the transaction maximum. Every item is executed by me (Cat) and may take up to 7 days to fabricate.
