WHAT CAN I RETURN?For health reasons we do not exchange, credit or refund items unless faulty. The returned item(s) must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original swing tags/labels attached to be eligible. If you request a refund/credit, the purchase price (excluding the delivery charges) will be refunded/credited after we have received the item(s) back and have confirmed that the conditions above have been met. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.With the exception of faulty items, you are responsible for the cost of delivering the item back to us.WHEN WILL I GET IT?All products that are in stock are ready to be shipped within 1 business day unless store is in vacation mode. The below table provides delivery timings and details. NOTE: Out of stock items may take an additional 3-4 weeks depending on material availability while we create more. International Orders.
International orders should arrive in less than 4 weeks; however, customs can cause additional delays beyond House of SXN's control. International orders and shipments through the U.S. Military Post Office may have a longer transit time. (NOTE: Import and customs fees may apply for some destination countries. You will need to pay these fees to release your package from customs.)
