Designer policy

Studio Dénoue pieces are made to order for you and we want you to cherish your purchase; if you are unsatisfied, please contact us as soon as possible.

We offer exchanges in case the piece(s) arrives damaged, or if you need a different size. Due to the intimate nature of these garments, pieces must be returned unworn (check the fit while wearing a thin, tight-fitting garment when you first receive it).

If you need to exchange your Studio Dénoue purchase, please inform us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways on any exchanges. Exchanges will be processed once the piece(s) is received, and the new piece(s) shipped within 1-3 weeks.

Customers in the European Union have a right to withdrawal and have fourteen (14) days to exercise this right from the purchase date. You must inform us electronically at studiodenoue@gmail.com of your intent to exercise this right.

Beyond this, we do not offer refunds on Studio Dénoue products.
