What’s your shipping policy?

All Love Lorn Lingerie products are hand made for you when you order. This means your order will take between 2-4 weeks to be completed, depending on the complexity and number of items ordered.

Orders ship via United States Post Office First-Class or Priority mail. Delivery generally take between 3-5 days for domestic and 2+ weeks for international shipping. International orders may incur additional fees at customs: these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’d like your products fast-tracked, you can select alternative shipping methods at checkout.

All orders over $200.00 will be insured. If your items were damaged in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. Please keep the original packaging and we will work with the insurance claims.

How are your products packaged?

Orders are discreetly packaged in white poly bags or brown boxes with no distinguishing marks or logos. You can comfortably ship to any address without concern.

Do you accept custom designs or customizations of current products?

I certainly do! Contact us with your ideas, customizations and requests. I’m here to make you feel beautiful, sexy and powerful, at no extra cost.

 Do you make all the products listed?

Yes! All our products are made individually, as they are ordered. They’re made in the USA, by me, Jessica — no one else. So you can rest assured your purchase is local, ethical and not outsourced.

What’s your refund policy?

Since all items are made to order, unfortunately they are not eligible for refund or cancellation.
