Ordering Information

Production All made to order items are handmade and subject to a production queue. The current fulfillment time as of January 26th 2025 is approximately 3-8 weeks. Fulfillment time is subject to change. Larger orders may take longer to fulfill and therefore ship. Fulfillment times do not include shipping times and we can not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order. 

All ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order. ShippingFor all orders we use Standard European and International Shipping, which is the most affordable option and includes tracking. The orders usually take up to 10 business days to arrive within the EU and up to 15 business days Internationally. Delays may occur , so the orders might take up to 6 weeks to arrive at times.

!IMPORTANT! You are responsible for keeping track of your own package once you receive an email with the tracking number. Make sure you provide the correct email address.

Any damaged packages due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded.We are not responsible for packages that have proof of delivery and or signed for, therefore because we have proof of shipment, we will no longer be held responsible with lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact your local postal service directly and dispute a case with them.

Customs/TaxWe are not responsible for any customs taxes or duties that may be imposed on your package.

Return/Exchange policyAll sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons, limited and made to order items. Once an order is in the process of being made, we regret to inform you that cancellation is not possible. Cancelations and refunds can only be accommodated for orders placed within the same week. A restocking fee will be applied.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment, we kindly request that you email us within 2 weeks of receiving the item.
