Part harness and part bib necklace, the Hauteur Strappy Chest Harness adds the perfect glam touch to your outfit. Made from sturdy, smooth Italian vegetable tanned leather. Delicate half inch wide strips encircle the neck and the chest just above the bust, with buckle closures at the back. The front strap detail has gorgeous gold or silver bar hardware that flashes brightly in any light.
