Matorosari is a made to order small business located in the UK. Due to the nature of items being handmade even to the finest of details we are unable to issue refunds.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How long will my order take to be made?

Orders will take 1-2 weeks for small items and 4-8 weeks for sets and bigger items to be made. shipping time will not be included during this time. so please allow another 1-2 weeks for international shipping.

Everything is made by me so sometimes this might take longer. You will be notified if this is the case and i will keep customers updated as much as possible.

Matorosari is an independent label and will try my best to ensure your orders wont take too long.
