Orders

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after your order has been received and a full refund will be given. All items apart from latex are in stock ready to be sent and once we have received cleared payment, the items will be shipped within 24 hours. Please allow up to 30 Working days for latex items to be dispatched and 40 Working days if a non stocked colour is required. A computer generated email will be sent to you confirming your order with us. Should you wish to add more items to a previous order please contact us first as this will be possible providing the items have not been already dispatched, however the dispatch time will be longer as the new items will need to be made for you so please bear this in mind. All orders will be packaged and dispatched in plain packaging for your peace of mind. As soon as we ship you item we will always provide you with your Tracking Number, this will enable you to track progress on the Royal Mail site.

Returns

Inform us immediately stating the reason why but no later than 7 days if you need to return an item. All items to be returned must be both unworn and not damaged. All returns should be sent by either recorded delivery of a tracked courier as we can not be held responsible for items being lost in transit. Please send returns to the senders address which is clearly shown on all packages that we send out. If a customs declaration is required please label as returns to manufacturer otherwise the items may get returned to you if we do not know what they are.
