Returns Policy

Exchanges

We offer all our customers a full exchange under the following conditions. Simply send back the garment within 14 days of receiving your parcel, unworn, unwashed & with all tags still attached in the original packaging (where possible). Please indicate what item you would like to exchange your item for & please provide a phone number & email just incase we have any questions. We will contact you if there is a difference in value to the orginal transaction to organise payment. Please note that thisisFRED will not cover the cost of despatching exchanged items.

Faulty Items

We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted for you.

Garment Care

Please remove any badges attached to the item before washing. Please see item description for washing instructions.
