Thank you for shopping with Charmskool. We want you to receive your order as quickly and affordably as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping.
As we are a handmade marketplace, our sellers all have slightly differing processing times. On each product page, you will find an estimated processing time. You can even filter by processing time when browsing for an item if you need it for a specific date. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation when the item has reached the maximum processing time, please contact us on info@charmskoolshop.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales events or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
2. Shipping
Our sellers are based in many different countries and ship directly to you, either by post if they are in the same country as your delivery address or otherwise by a major international courier. Your seller can advise you directly about shipping costs and times for your specific delivery address.
3. International Shipping
We ship to 20+ countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery: is typically 7-21 business days, depending on the route. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
4. Order Tracking
For international orders, the courier service typically includes free tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or the following regions: China. If your address is not eligible, you will be notified at checkout.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Contact info@charmskoolshop.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund. For packages marked as delivered but not received, we require a 7-day waiting period before filing a claim.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address before the order ships.
