The beauty of everything on Charmskool is that each piece is crafted to order just for you- which means designers can not only advise you on which size is best, usually offer tailor made sizing and design alterations to accommodate your unique shape- just reach out using the ‘Message The Designer’ button, they’ll be happy to help!

As a handmade marketplace, each of our designers have their own production schedule, so processing times can vary from item to item.
You'll find the estimated production time on each product page. If you need an item by a specific date, you can also filter products by processing time while browsing. Alternatively, use the "Message The Designer" button on the product page to contact the designer directly. In some cases, they may be able to complete your order sooner than the estimated timeframe.

Generally, due to the handmade-to-order nature of the products, returns are not accepted. However, please do check the designer’s specific return policy in their bio.
