Designer policy

All customers have 14 days to ask for a refund from the date when their order is received. To be eligible for a refund, the products must not be used or damaged and in the original condition for refund to be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions aren't met. The customer pays for the return shipping costs in all cases unless stated otherwise. We do not accept returns on products that are made to measure as your garment is bespoke. However in the unlikely event that your item isn't to the standard you expected, please send us an email and we will endeavour to resolve your concern.
