Designer policy

ForniKation_UK is a hand-made latex clothing brand. All of our items are made to order and therefore are non-refundable. However we do offer alterations and repairs on any garments purchased from our store.USA CUSTOMERS. We are now shipping to the USA using Royal Mail. All US shipping pricing is inclusive of DDP. This means that there should not be any extra fees due to the new tariffs (10% Customs Fee) when receiving your item. These will be paid to Royal Mail, in the UK, before your item is shipped. All of our packaging is discreet, with plain packaging and no logos or brand names. Customs descriptions if needed will be described as 'clothing'. We have a turn around time of 5-6 weeks until items are shipped. Every item is made to order and therefore needs the added time for creation. All items are dispatched using Royal Mail Signed for Postage (for items being delivered to the UK)We are not responsible for your import taxes/ customs charges.
