Charmskool regularly produces exclusive pop-ups, retail experiences, and collaborative events in international locations, offering opportunities for selected sellers to showcase their work offline as well as online.
With over 12 years of industry experience, our small and passionate team is always happy to offer guidance, support, and practical business advice whenever you need it.
As part of Charmskool, brands also gain access to our seller channels - a supportive community of like-minded independent designers, and creatives. We believe collaboration over competition is essential within independent business, and encourage peer-to-peer support, shared knowledge, industry connections and opportunities between our sellers.
Charmskool is open to brands at all stages of their journey - from emerging designers to established labels. We are passionate about discovery, and many brands stocked on Charmskool began with us early in their growth journey before going on to gain wider international recognition.
As long as your products, branding, and imagery are professionally presented and aligned with our aesthetic, we’re interested in hearing from you.

We only accept brands selling their own original designs or products. Traditional dropshipping is not permitted unless your products are held within a dedicated warehouse under an approved fulfilment arrangement.
Boutiques must launch with a minimum of 8 product styles.
Products do not need to be exclusive to Charmskool, although exclusive collections and collaborations are always welcomed and may receive additional promotional support.
All product imagery must meet our visual standards before your boutique launches. We require clear, professional, consistent imagery that reflects the quality of your brand.
As more than 50% of our customer base is international, all sellers must be able to ship globally. If you are unfamiliar with international fulfilment, our team is happy to offer guidance.
There are no contracts, subscription commitments, or lock-in periods. You are free to leave the platform at any time, and we also offer a “Holiday Mode” option should you wish to temporarily pause your boutique.
We believe in building long-term, supportive relationships with the brands we work with - creating opportunities for independent creatives to grow sustainably while remaining true to their vision.
We have a standard 25% commission rate for vendors on Charmskool. Charmskool is a highly curated platform, unlike open marketplace platforms such as Etsy, eBay, or Depop. We carefully select every brand we work with to maintain a strong visual identity, high product standards, and a cohesive customer experience.
Because we prioritise quality over quantity, there are fewer sellers and less marketplace saturation - meaning your products are not competing against thousands of unrelated listings. Instead, your brand sits alongside other carefully selected independent designers, making your products easier for customers to discover and helping improve visibility and sales conversion.
Our commission structure also allows us to:
Cover all payment processing and transaction fees
Invest in platform marketing and customer acquisition
Produce editorials, campaigns, events, and promotional features
Run site-wide sales and customer incentives
How This Compares
If you are looking to expand beyond selling through your own channels, traditional retail models are often significantly more expensive for independent brands.
For example:
Physical boutiques (including Charmskool Showroom) operating on a consignment (“sale or return”) basis commonly take around 50% commission
Wholesale pricing is typically 40–60% below retail pricing
Most premium multi-brand online marketplaces charge between 20–30% commission
Our goal is to create a sustainable, supportive platform that gives independent brands access to a global audience, professional exposure, and long-term growth opportunities - without the high upfront costs associated with traditional retail.
