All sellers outside the EU (including UK) must have GPSR coverage.

What is GPSR? It stands for ‘General Product Safety Regulations’ and it’s a new legislation to stop dangerous consumer goods from entering the EU. As a third-party marketplace, we have an additional layer of responsibility to be compliant. 

If you are outside the EU, you can provide us with your own proof of coverage, or you can join our group coverage for a cost of £80, which lasts until January 1s of each year, when we will renew the policy.

Charmskool is an international marketplace, so we cannot support sellers selectively deciding not to sell to the EU.
