Each order is crafted individually with great care. Please allow 2 - 7 days for the creation and processing of your item. If you need your order urgently, please contact us at info@kletss.com to discuss expedited options. Please note that rush orders may incur additional charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items, excluding those purchased on sale, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please contact us at info@kletss.com to initiate a return or exchange, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved and a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If your refund request is approved, we will issue a credit to your original paymentmethod within a few business days.
All international orders outside the EU include a valid tracking number for your convenience. I provide the necessary customs paperwork for your package; however, any import fees or taxes charged by your local customs office are the buyer’s responsibility.
