All items for sale are handmade from scratch unless noted otherwise. You are buying not only unique pieces, hand crafted by traditional methods, but care, attention and dedication to quality - miles away from high street industrial production.

Returns: In the event of an item not being right for you, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will work with you to find a solution - either exchange for another product, like for like replacement, or return. If you are sending items back, please dispatch within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and with original packaging. I advise the return of items to use tracked postage, as items cannot be refunded until received back safely.Postage: Items are shipped within 5 working days, although usually sooner. Items up to and including £49 are sent via Royal Mail second class service, which is unsigned/untracked. Items over £50 are sent via Royal Mail tracked service for your peace of mind.
