Germany, Austria, Switzerland : 1 - 5 working days
Europe/UK : 3 - 10 working daysRest of the world : 3 - 14 working days
I ship everything via DHL and every order receives a tracking number. Use the tracking number to receive all updates.
Additional fees:
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Exchange and refunds:
All sales are final as each item is handmade to order for you, therefore non-refundable.However, in the event of the wrong size, I would be happy to offer you an exchange. This does not apply to custom sized items.Please read the description of each product carefully.
