DESCRIPTION
Wide 1 ½” collar made from clear PVC. Front is studded with clear rhinestone rivets with a small gold o-ring at the center. Closes at the back with a large gold buckle. Adjustable by several inches.
Great for everyday wear, festivals and parties!
