We currently have studio based in Prague (Czech republic), and are very happy to offer international delivery worldwide. All post is sent via 'Tracked' and/or 'Signed For' delivery, so a tracking number will be issued by email on despatch.

Each garments is handmade to order by one person, so please allow us up to 6 weeks of production time.

Kirsten Vaams uses 100% vegan friendly latex sheets.

Please be aware of the fact that latex can, in some cases, create an allergic reaction:
Latex, also known as rubber or natural latex, is derived from the milky sap of the rubber tree.
Latex allergy is an allergic reaction to substances in natural latex.
Rubber facemasks are the main source of allergic reactions, although latex is also used in other products such as condoms and some medical devices.

Responsibility is on you, the consumer, to ensure that you do not have this problem prior to making your purchase. We highly recommend to test your allergy resistance by wearing a small piece of latex for a short time, such as condoms.

SHIPPING

CZECH REPUBLIC:

We use a czech post and send all packages economically. Usually it will arive within next two working days, but please allow up to 4 business days. Our shipping cost and packing charges are based on the weight of your package. We charge 2,50€ till 50g and 3,50€ on heavier packages.

We can happily arrange for Guaranteed Next Day delivery for a small additional fee, but as each piece is made to order, please get in touch before ordering to check that we will be able to make your order and post before your deadline.

WORLDWIDE:

Our shipping cost and packing charges are based on the weight of the package. For orders destined beyond the Czech republic, 4,50€ will be added to your shopping cart for items under 80g and 8,00€ for heavier packages. You will see this added automatically at the checkout after you have entered your delivery address.

International delivery with Czech post will usually take between 3 - 10 working days, but the official guidelines for the International 'Tracked' and/or 'Signed For' services that we use are to allow up to 28 working days for delivery. We only hear of it taking this long extremely rarely!!

If you have a deadline and live outside of the Czech republic, we can happily offer prices and timescales for express delivery with our courier. Please do give as much notice as possible for us to organise this for you.

Each item from Kirsten Vaams is carefully made-to-order, so please allow up to 10 working days for despatch, we will always endeavour to send out sooner than this, and you will be informed if there is a delay for any reason.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND MODIFICATIONS:

As each latex piece is made-to-order and is a subject to strict hygiene rules by law, we unfortunately can not accept returns or offer refunds, so please get in touch if you have any queries first, we are very happy to help with your purchase however we can. NOTE: items will only be exchanged or repaired for free if they show signs of a fault in manufacture not if you made an error and ordered the wrong product. As standard procedure we require a picture of the error to justify the return. All goods are thoroughly checked prior to posting.

All return items must be sent via tracking service as we are not responsible for any loss during the return process.

Please keep in mind that we purchase latex from our suppliers in the highest quality. Because it's a natural material, very rarely, small bubbles the size of a few millimeters or stains from the production footage process can appear on its surface. We unfortunately can't change that.

You can send the goods for complaint no later than the 15th calendar day from the date of delivery of your shipment and the complaint must be discussed and approved in advance. Subsequent complaints will not be taken into account.

In any case, we will try to accommodate you and repair any damage. Refunds are an option we choose in extreme cases. We would like to set aside a 30-day refund period.

All sales are final. We are not responsible to fix your damaged latex due to lack of latex care. We include our very meticulous & CLEAR CARE LATEX INSTRUCTIONS in every shipment. It is very important that customers read and follow these latex care instructions. We are not responsible for replacing latex that gets damaged due to lack of reading & adhering to our latex care instructions.
