REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot offer you a full refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It should also be in its original, undamaged packaging.
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please allow up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your return to be processed.
Please keep in mind that MANIACC will only reimburse the cost of the products, not any postage or shipping costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be officially posted.

Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time. If you’ve done everything else and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@maniacc.co.uk.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are not refundable.
EXCHANGE ITEMS
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email before returning the item.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, please send it to us via registered mail.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
