Polka dot mesh brim black and white hat

This stunning hat channels 80s fashion elements with plenty of fun and flirty style. The see-through, polka dot, mesh brim floats around a central button hat which is covered with glossy pvc fabric. The spotty brim contrasts with a black and white striped bow of grosgrain ribbon. The brim is bound with satin binding, and the hat is finished underneath with traditional petersham ribbon. The hat base is 12cm across and sits 3cm high. The brim makes the hat 26cm across in total.
