When will my item be delivered?
As we are a handmade marketplace, our sellers all have slightly differing processing times. On each product page, you will find an estimated processing time. You can even filter by processing time when browsing for an item if you need it for a specific date. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation when the item has reached the maximum processing time, please contact us on info@charmskoolshop.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
My item isn't as described, what do I do?
Due to the handmade nature of our items, items can some times have slight variations from what is shown in the picture. If you are unhappy with your item, we will work with the designer to ensure a positive solution for you - just drop us an email on info@charmskolshop.com with the details.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?After an item is shipped, returns and exchanges are up to the designers discretion (check their profile to see their returns policy) - however if you are unhappy with your item, please let us know by emailing the details to info@charmskoolshop.com and we will work towards a solution.
What happens if I’ve made a mistake with my order (wrong size, colour, or shipping address)?
Please contact us with the order details within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to change the information with the designer.
