Are items on Charmskool dropshipped?
Are items on Charmskool dropshipped?
No. Every item on Charmskool is handmade to order by an independent maker and crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.
Unlike traditional dropshipping, where products are mass-produced and shipped from third-party warehouses, our makers personally create each item from their own studios. All designers are carefully vetted by us to ensure quality and authenticity.
Because each piece is made by the designer, your order will be shipped directly from their studio, which may be located in a different country. We do not sell pre-made, mass-produced, or warehouse-stocked products.

As a handmade marketplace, each of our sellers has their own production schedule, so processing times can vary from item to item.
You'll find the estimated production time on each product page. If you need an item by a specific date, you can also filter products by processing time while browsing. Alternatively, use the "Message The Designer" button on the product page to contact the designer directly. In some cases, they may be able to complete your order sooner than the estimated timeframe.
If your order has reached the maximum stated processing time and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@charmskoolshop.com with your order number, and we'll be happy to investigate for you.

After an item is shipped, returns and exchanges are up to the designer's discretion (check their profile to see their returns policy) - however if you are unhappy with your item, please let us know by emailing the details to info@charmskoolshop.com and we will work towards a solution.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, items can sometimes have slight variations from what is shown in the picture. If you are unhappy with your item, we will work with the designer to ensure a positive solution for you - just drop us an email on info@charmskolshop.com with the details.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact the designer directly using the "Message The Designer" button on the product page, as they are usually best placed to assist you quickly.
If you're unable to reach the designer, please email us at info@charmskoolshop.com with your order details within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to contact the designer and arrange the requested changes on your behalf.

Yes! Most designers are happy to create something bespoke, and make your dreams come true. Just reach out using the ‘message seller’ button to start a conversation about a special piece.

The beauty of everything on Charmskool is that each piece is crafted to order just for you- which means designers can usually offer tailor made sizing and design alterations to accommodate your unique shape- just reach out using the ‘message the designer’ button, they’ll be happy to help!

Because our products are handmade by independent designers, each piece is unique. While every effort is made to create items that closely match the product photos, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and detailing may occur. These small differences are part of what makes handmade pieces special

Sizing can vary between designers, so we recommend referring to the size guide provided on each product page whenever possible. If you're unsure which size would be best for you, don't hesitate to reach out to the designer by clicking the ‘Message The Designer’ button above the product description.

Proper care will help keep your handmade pieces looking their best for years to come.
Leather: Store leather items away from direct sunlight. Clean gently with a soft cloth and use a suitable leather conditioner when needed. Avoid prolonged contact with water.
Latex: Keep latex away from heat, sunlight and sharp objects. For best results, clean and shine with our Vivishine products.
Jewellery: To help preserve the finish, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and water where possible. Store jewellery in a dry place and gently polish with a soft cloth when needed.

We understand that privacy is important to our community. If discretion is important to you, please feel free to add a note to your order and the designer will do their best to accommodate your request. For showroom purchases, our branded shopping bags are printed on one side only, allowing you to carry them with the unbranded side facing out if you prefer a more discreet experience.

We'd be delighted to help make your order feel extra special! As we work with a wonderful community of independent designers, gift packaging options may vary between products. If you'd like your order gift wrapped or packaged for a special occasion, simply add a note to your order and the designers will do their best to accommodate.
