§1–§5 General TermsThe online store is operated by SELF-MADE Sp. z o.o., NIP: 783-184-85-93, KRS: 0000943250, based in Poznań. Orders via www.hellridershop.com imply acceptance of these regulations. Customers must be adults with full legal capacity. Products are new, original, and legally introduced to the Polish market. Prices include VAT and are shown in PLN, excluding delivery costs. Final prices are binding at the time of order. Orders are placed by adding products to the cart, selecting delivery and payment methods, and providing shipping details. Max quantity per product type/size is 5. Orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Cancellation is possible before shipment by emailing hellriderfashion@gmail.com.§6 Order ExecutionOrders are fulfilled upon payment and include product preparation, packaging, and handover to the courier. In case of unavailability, the Customer is notified and may choose partial fulfillment or cancellation. Orders require a valid Polish address (no P.O. boxes). Processing takes up to 5 business days (Mon–Fri). Customers receive tracking info and an invoice via email.§7 Contract Terms & WithdrawalThe contract is governed by these regulations and applicable law. It is concluded when the Seller confirms the Order. The Seller agrees to fulfill the Order and deliver the Products; the invoice is sent via email. The Customer must pay the total price and collect the Products. Consumers and individual entrepreneurs may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery by emailing a declaration and returning unused goods with tags. The return must include a completed withdrawal form and be sent to: hellrider, Głogowska 180/7, 60-126 Poznań. Refunds are issued within 14 days using the original payment method. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Products are received or proof of return is provided. Delivery costs are refunded up to the cheapest available option.§8 Warranty & ComplaintsAll products are covered by the Seller’s warranty and must be free from defects. Complaints may be submitted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items—damage during delivery must be reported within 3 business days. Complaints should be sent to: hellriderfashion@gmail.com, including product details, defect description, preferred resolution, contact info, and bank account for refunds. Return the product with tags and a completed complaint form to: hellrider, Głogowska 180/7, 60-126 Poznań. COD shipments are not accepted. The Store will respond within 14 days. Customers may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal. The Store covers return costs if the complaint is accepted. Warranty is valid for 2 years; claims expire after 1 year. ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr. Non-consumers are subject to Civil Code provisions.§9 ExchangeTo exchange a product, the Customer must withdraw from the original contract and place a new order.§10 Discount CodesDiscount codes may be used during promotional campaigns.§11 Account TerminationAccount termination is possible anytime by either party; Customers may request account deletion via email. The Store may terminate by notifying the Customer via email.§12 Personal DataPersonal data is processed by Leatherformat Kinga Korbalewska, Głogowska 180/7, Poznań, for order fulfillment and newsletter services. Data is voluntary but necessary; Customers may access, correct, or delete their data via hellriderfashion@gmail.com. By providing data, the Customer confirms it is their own. See Privacy Policy for details.§13 NewsletterNewsletter is free and sent via email to subscribers. Unsubscribe via the link in each email. Subscription implies acceptance of the regulations.§14 Final ProvisionsPolish law applies. Consumers may use mediation or contact consumer ombudsmen. Disputes are resolved amicably first; otherwise, the competent court applies. For non-consumers, the court of the Store’s seat is competent. Regulations effective from May 20, 2021.
When purchasing, each customer is safe and has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
1. Complete the withdrawal/complaint form available for download below.
2. Package the returned products and attach the printed form. If you do not have a printer, you can copy the form by hand.
3. Send the parcel to the following address: hellrider, ul. Głogowska 180/7, 60-126 Poznań. We do not collect parcels on delivery or from parcel lockers.
