All contracts between the seller „Kultchen“ (in the following „the supplier“) and the customer (in the following „the customer“ or „you“) are subjects to these terms and condtions. The version valid at the date of the conclusion of the contract is authoritative. Different terms and conditions are not being accepted, unless, the supplier agrees to her validity expressly in writing.
Packaging & Delivery
Packaging and delivery must be paid by the customer.
Stated deliverytime will be commerced the order has been accepted by the supplier, assuming the payment of the purchase price.
The delivery time amounts to usually 4 to 7 days after receipt the invoice amount, yet may take up to 30 business days depending on the country of delivery.
Please note that any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the price of our products or shipping costs. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges. By placing an order with us, you agree to cover any additional costs that may be incurred during the shipping process.
Shipping will be dispatched by DHL and will have a tracking number
The risk of shipping of the products is taken by the supplier, if the customer is a consumer.
Payment & Reservation of ownership
The payment invoice amount is due immediately with conclusion of the contract.
The supplier reserves the ownership of any goods bought until the goods have been paid for in full.
According to the § 19 UStG the supplier does not charge the german sales tax, and consequently does not account it (small business).
Warranty & Returns
For all offered products, the legal warranty rights apply, unless the supplier and the customer expressly make a different agreement.
Please note that custom-made items and made-to-order pieces are excluded from returns. As these items are specifically crafted to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products. By placing an order for a custom-made or made-to-order item, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
