I post out more or less every other day, if you need something in a hurry though please specify your date, that its urgent and choose the express delivery option and I will endeavour to assist you. I do post worldwide.
I am also a performer and may be away at shows so please do bear this in mind.
It usually takes around 1-3 working days after dispatch for UK addresses and 5-14 working days for packages to arrive to USA and other countries, but it can take longer. Im afraid I don't have any control over the length of time your countries customs and delivery departments process mail.
I try my best to accurately predict the amount of time a package will take to reach you, however this can take longer sometimes, especially at Christmas.

Please make sure your address in Etsy and paypal are the same and correct.
Royal mail doesn't class items as lost until it has been missing for :-
20 "working" days for items sent to European destinations
28 "working" days for the rest of the world.
This does not include Weekends or national holidays.
