It's essential that you feel sexy in our gear for years to come. Our small team make everything to your measurements in London. Therefore it is critical that we get all the details right from you as your purchases are nonrefundable.
As we make everything bespoke please note there could be a six (6) week wait for your item to be made and dispatched. If you are in a rush for the item please email us and we might be able to facilitate a rush order. Rush orders will include a fee of twenty five percent (25%) on the original purchase price.
You can cancel your order within seven (7) days of the original order date.
If an item has a manufacturing fault we will look to repair or replace your purchase. However, the faulty item must be returned to us.
As we all change shape and size over our journey into the world of fetish. We can offer alternations, repairs and amendments to your purchases. However, a fee will be attached to these amends.
