DESCRIPTION
This black feather carnival style headdress would be perfect for a costume event, burlesque ball, halloween party or fantastical New Years Eve bash. Each feather is stitched firmly in place, and it is finished with a trim of matching velvet ribbon studded with a sprinkling of golden faceted beads and Swarovski crystals on the front side. The feathers are mounted on a slim black metal band wrapped in satin ribbon, and stand up to 19cm at the highest point. It measures 50cm at the widest point.
