WHO MAKES MY PRODUCTS?
All "Penumbra-Designs" items are made by the brand’s owner – Irina Tsapreva (that’s me). I’m a Bulgaria-based costume designer and cosplayer, and as such, strive to provide you with high quality goods for everyday wear, stage, and more.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT OUT?
Order processing times vary according to the availability of a product and the time it takes to make one. Made to measure pieces take up to 1 business week to make.
Your package will be sent out within 1 business day after all products are ready.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping usually takes between 10 and 20 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you shortly after the order has been dispatched. Please make sure you provide a correct name, address and telephone number.
- The customer has the right to return a product to the vendor within 14 business days from the date of receipt. This can occur only if the product has been kept in its original condition and there is no damage to its packaging.
- Products with the status of underwear CANNOT be returned.
- Custom-made products CANNOT be returned, nor can the order be canceled once the product has been manufactured.
- All costs associated with the return of goods are at the expense of the customer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
ABOUT THE BRAND"Penumbra-Designs" is a one-man-show brand, specializing in alternative fashion accessories such as harnesses, chokers and various adornments, from genuine leather, vinyl and beads.
Drawing inspiration from modern pop culture and the fetish scene, I strive to create high-quality pieces of art, that can be worn in daily life, on stage, or in the bedroom.
ABOUT THE DESIGNER
My name is Irina Tsapreva. I'm a Bulgarian designer and cosplayer with a master’s Degree in theatre costume design and over 10 years of experience in creating stage wear. It is my experience with theatre, as well as love for stage costumes, that has had a great influence on the alternative accessories I create.
