Domestic Shipping

Our standard shipping method for domestic orders is USPS Priority Mail

UPS shipments must be delivered to a street address -- they will not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Shipping charges will be billed again for any returned shipments that must be re-sent to a valid address.

Other shipping methods may be requested if necessary, additional charges may apply. Contact us before completing your order to if you wish to make special shipping arrangements.

International Shipping

International orders are welcome. We ship all over the globe! Buyer is responsible for any customs/duties charges. "RENEE MASOOMIAN LLC" cannot be held accountable for any delays in delivery due to customs procedures. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their country's customs in the case of detained packages. Shipping charges will be billed again for any unclaimed orders that must be re-sent.

Shipping & Processing Times

Orders are usually shipped within 4-6 weeks. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and orders are not processed during these times. Any orders received after 3pm will not begin processing until the following business day.

You will be notified if anything is backordered or if there will be a substantial delay for any reason. If you have a strict deadline by which you need to receive your order please contact us to confirm your shipping options.

Returns

Regular stock items can be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchasing providing it is in mint condition (subject). Postage is paid by the customer. You will need to get in touch first and get a return authorization number. Special orders have a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee.

Each of our pieces is designed and made by hand in our Manhattan studio using only the highest quality latex in a rainbow of colors and fanciful textures. As innovators of mixed media we have combined latex with bamboo jersey, fleece, power mesh and a variety of other textiles. Years of experience have yielded polished techniques in the creation of hand poured netting, unique molded latex lace appliqué, and one of a kind hand painted sheeting.

Our silhouettes are available in feminine, masculine, and nonbinary styles, in a full range of inclusive sizing. Made to measure services are available, as well as custom creations to satisfy your wildest imaginings. Complete any look with our extensive accessories, including latex clutches, jewelry, and headpieces.

Reneé Masoomian designs have featured in music videos, films, live performances, print media, and museum exhibitions. Our collections have shown at New York Fashion Week, Torture Garden London and New York, Montreal, Vancouver, and the Skin Two Rubber Ball to name but a few.
