All piece are handmade and made to order. As these items are custom sized to your order I do not accept refunds BUT if your not happy with a product please do get in contact with me, to resolve any issues you may have. This also means an order can take upto 4 weeks to be completed. but it is usually less than 4 weeks, but please be patient I am a one person chaos machine.
