Every item is handcrafted per order and as such cannot be refunded. We work closely with our customers to really understand their desires and wishes, as well as offering alterations and fitting service (if you’re in London) to make sure you leave with a piece that you will love for time to come. If an item is received faulty, we will offer replacement or different solution.
